AgroNova Farms is an agriculture and produce delivery business based in Lusaka, Zambia. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and any additional checkout terms presented during purchase.

2. Eligibility and Account Use

You must provide accurate information when placing orders. You are responsible for activities performed using your account details, phone number, or checkout credentials.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Orders are subject to product availability, delivery zone coverage, and payment confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders where inventory, pricing, suspected fraud, or operational issues occur. If payment has been made for a cancelled order, we will process a refund according to our refund policy and payment provider timelines.

4. Pricing and Payments

Prices are displayed in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW). We support payment channels such as Airtel Money, MTN Mobile Money, and other methods shown at checkout. You authorize us and our payment partners to process your payment for the final order amount, including applicable delivery fees.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, supplier delays, or other circumstances. Risk in goods transfers to you upon delivery to your provided address or designated recipient.

6. Returns and Refunds

If produce arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially not as described, contact us promptly (preferably within 24 hours of delivery) with order details and supporting evidence (such as photos). Remedies may include replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue and product condition.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, reverse engineer protected systems, or use false payment details.

8. Intellectual Property

Platform branding, logos, software, images, and content remain the property of AgroNova Farms or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without written permission.

9. Liability and Disclaimers

We provide services on an "as available" basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Zambian law, AgroNova Farms is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be lawfully excluded.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Zambia, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective once published on this page, unless stated otherwise.
